Works laws a Joke in Brasil ?
A stat agents here in Brasil, agents for selling homes stop paying staff the normal off the books wage and makes them work for commission only, Laws for for people here in Brasil seem not to exist and if so are not strong enough to protect the works. People can be sacked in a day a not get any pay from any work done, Laws are for show and not for the workers rights.
Take this one new manager starts he has to get to know whats on the books , the staff and then start dealing with people want to sell and buy, I know for a fact that selling a house is not ease at all I sold one years ago and had 15 people come to see it all with other house to sell before they could move if they wanted it, after all this was a cash buy from some one who had know house to sell.
I had over 15 people come and see the house and it was the cash buyer who fell in love with it like I did 3yrs before, he signed a contract and was classed as self employed and had to work 6 days a week, the other no contract self employed and again 6 days a week which means they can not work ells ware how is this good Law.
In your first month here in Brasil they want 30,000 from you from selling house, they expect you to make this or losses your job, the people that own these places have not got a clue about what they are doing just because there first branch made this our more dose not mean when they keep opening more that this will be the case for all of them, punishing staff and not paying them dose not help.
Yes the staff want to keep the job yes they work hard to sell homes but at the end of day you can not make some buy the house showed, you can be as nice as a Angel give the coffee take them out for a meal and even sleep with them in the hope they will buy from you so you can keep your basic pay and then get commission on top.
I say the law is a ass and the people who treat staff like dirt when self empolyed.

The con of having CDs and DVDs
The truth about CDs and DVDs and the players you need for them.
Some of us remember if from the UK a program called tomorrows world about new goods to expect and how they worked.
When the makers of the CDs said that these would last forever and play with out any problems, un like records and they even showed us by damaging them and then putting them on to play and yes they did.
(or was it changed over for a other one?)
So why after all this time is that when they are damaged they do not play properly if at all, they also said they would last longer than records when in I have found that it has been the records that have lasted better than the CDs.
And the same for DVDs they said that they would play even starched or but as we all now that this is just one more lie that they told us, and they did not mention that there would be six regions which means that if you buy a DVD in one region it would play others.
Video tapes only have two regions and cost less as well, secondly most videos players could play any tape that you had with out any trouble, so why do DVDs have six regions and that most players only play one, why do the film makers fell the need for so many regions, and why the makes of the players make units that will play all. Best of all lets just have the one region for all, so when you buy from a other country you can play it at home.
(You see life is a con and never belive what is said by them.)

Israel / Palestine
We all remember the 2nd world war many of us lost family, now if I have got this right Germans where doing there best to take over the world, while the Nazis where cleansing the population of Europe anyone who did not fit in, they did this by rounding up Jewish, gay, black people and anyone else that did not meet there criteria of white and blond hair, they did all this a cross Europe and sent them first to hard labour camps and then to extermination camps.
The Jewish people have through out history been persecuted and the world has stud up for them and has acknowledged this, and yet they are behaving just as bad in the way they are treating the people of Palestine, is no better by restricting aid to them and not willing to excpect them, to me makes them just as bad as the Nazis in he 2nd world war.
And you do not see the gay or others elements of the communitys going on about what the Nazis did to them in the Second World War, I know that what happened to them was a horrific, but they ware not the only ones but we all need to understand that while the Holocaust did happon, it was not just them all thoe it was targeted at them first it then went on to the others as a bove.
When is Israel going stop persecuting the Palestine’s and let them live where there are, like wise the Palestine’s should stop attacking Israel, we all have only one life and yet some are so willing to throw it all away over a patch of land.
Worse still the Country's who could make the difference prefer to let it go on and why you ask, may be something to do with selling of arms to Israel and probably to the Palestine, lets face it companies who make military hardware are not going to make a profit by selling just selling to there own governments are they, so what do they do they sell to one side throw there own governments, who then sell to both sides to keep a war going, so they can make more profit.
And even sell there old equipment so they can buy new and keep a head of them, and at the end of the day war dose truly make money for the governments, the only time it dose not is when they put there own men on the ground to fight.

And the need for better regulation and laws to protect the end user and let them pick what channels they want to see and pay for them with in the current price packages and not forced to pay more.
I often wonder if Sky is regulated at all as the way it dose business is not in favour of the user, ever since they started they decide what the packages must content in the way of channels.
And quite often you find that the basic package dose not have the channels you want to see so you have to up grade to get them, only latter on to have them removed from the package.
Also if you have sky you will be aware of the fact that not only they do not seem to be regulated properly if at all but the channels that they broadcast do not seem to be ever.
Channels repeat same films and programs all the time and in the case of films just pass them along between each over and some times you have the same film on two or more channels at the same time.
They also change programming times with at saying, remove them with out warning and when showing programs again they show out of sequence like season 4 episode 10 one day and they next episode 14 so missing episodes out.
Cannels that are the worst at what they offer to you, Warner Bros always showing friends up to 6 times a day, two and half men, Fox is Simpson , Modern family, SCI-FI, Deep Space Nine, Star Trek Next Generation, but never Star Trek classic, Dr who, Babylon Five, and many over SCI-FI programs, but fill the gap with crape,
FX Star gate, Impostors, also AXN Criminal Minds in one afternoon Season 4 episode 5 Sea 5 episode 24, Sea 4 episode 1, Sea 5 episode 1 all over the place And I could go one but you know what I mean.
And they do this in pairs all day so it shows that they are not regulated by Sky or anyone else for that matter, and for what we have to pay for them they should be and be providing a better service to us all, and some channels show timing for a film yet its not on at that time, also they do not give info like which season or episode is on so it makes it hard to follow what’s going on.
And finally all channels should be sold individually so we can chose the ones that we want to see, not the ones that they want to have and we pay for so if your deal has 100 channels, and cost you £50.00 then you should have right to pick your channels up to that number from every thing that is shown on Sky no matter where you are in the world, and the open ones that are free to be so and on top off the 100 you pick.
I understand that the Sky pay preview channel that they have now remain as they are but not add other ones that have never been pay preview to stop customers from having what they what to see.
So when are the Inter National Courts or the world Governments going to make this law and Regulate Sky properly so we can get a fair deal?
After all they have been allowed to get away with this for fare to long and being aloud to keep buying up all the sport so you have to pay to see you favourite sport, this should be with all broadcasters around the world and not just SKY.

Condems and there daft cuts
CONDEMs
Is not funny how when it comes to the government trying to cut the huge debt, that they first cut public service which affect you the tax payer, and putting up in direct tax’s.
We all know why we have a big debt problem its because the government over the last 11yrs, with Gordon Brown how would not raise income tax by a penny because this would be seen as a bad move with the voters, but the best one was lets sell half our gold stock for next to nothing to plug the holes left by miss management of the economy and pay rises for the MPs.
So what happens he puts up national insurance tax up which not every one pays, but the employer gets hit the hardest, then they put up your income tax so you get done again.
And they tell all off us to live on less while they up the vat on food, petrol, house tax, in fact everything expect income tax, the MPs still tack there big pay rise fatting there pockets, on top off this they claim extra well over and above the norm that you would expect.
If the governments had just put income tax one penny each year and they had taken a small pay rise and stopped flying upper class every where then we would not have the big debt there is now.
And correct if I am wrong the lib demes always said if they got in to government they would put up income tax because it’s the fairer of raising money need to pay debt and proved the service that we need.
And what do they now hey have the chance to do this nothing they levee it alone and make huge cuts and rise all the over tax to make the poor worse off yet again, why are our MPs so two faced when in power.
This they do not call fraud which it is quite clear they are clamming for things they do not have or should not clamming for maids, dog walkers, and so on, and what do they get a slap on the wrist and told do not do it again.
Yet if you are claiming a benefit and you for get or do not tell them that you have moved this is fraud and you can go to prison for this our find and even both, so you are claming something that you are entitled to medically move and do not tell well duck I say, and is not so two faced of the government to let this happen to the sick.
The goverment have put VAT my my what will they do next, they will no not stop filying frist class, PM will still use the Royal Flight which they took away from the Queen because of cost, they will not cut pay or take a pay block.
And they will keep spending your Taxs on thems yust like they always do you see if Grodon Brown had put income Tax at the differant leveals then the Nationl Dete would be a lot lower. You see while you have a goverment that dose care about you the People our the Queen, the UK will not benefit from this at all.

Mexico and the USA drugs

Drugs
For years now there has been a problem with drugs smuggling in to the USA from Mexico, and yet they have not been able to stop this after decades of trafficking, and the Mexicans can not even keep control in there own country.
What I have never under stood is if the Chinese Emporia could build a huge wall centres ago to protect his county from in evaders, and that the Roman Emporia Adrian could also do the same in England to keep out the Scots from coming in to England.
And they built these walls with only man power and wooden made cranes to do this, and yet with all the modem equipment a round they can not even do the same on mostly even terrain, as to the mountainous land like in Scotland and China.
So why don’t they do the same build a huge wall with proper controlled entry points and watch towers like the Emporia’s be for them, and at both ends build cost guards points with under water sonar so that drugs can not be smuggled in by our under the ocean.
Secondly along the wall place radar equipment that can detect low filing plans and other things that can be used to bring drugs in to the stats by air, also make certain that the foundations are deep enough to stop anyone from tunnelling under it, lets face it if two Emporia’s did it, then why can not one President mange to do the same with all the wealth and equipment they have.
And the country that also boarders Mexico on the other side do the same so drugs can not be smuggled out that way, If the drug cartel can not get there drugs out so easily then they should start to losses the gripe on the Mexican government.
Some times it is better to deal with things the same way as the leaders of the past to try and solve a problem where over solutions have not worked, and governments and the police have been corrupted by the cartels, unless positive action is taken by country’s that boarders Mexico.
There also other solutions to the problem, which may be tried first by all governments around the world, and that is the most controversy of all is decriminalization and add tax, like cigarettes and alcohol, this way they would make money and be able to control them better.
Too much money and time is wasted on trying to control and prevent the smuggling and using of drugs, when this could be spent else’s where more important and also make money from taxing them.
