Ruy Santos Vice Mayor of Itanhaem Brazil

The man who cares about the people of the Itanhaem

The man that understands you and is always ready to hear what you have to say. I have known him for 3yrs and have nothing but respect for him not just as Vice Mayor but as a friend; he is a family man with a lovely wife and children and yet he does not prejudge people and he loves the people of his town, Itanhaém — a beautiful sea side resort in São Paulo State, where for the last 10 years he has served the public. I have found him to be kind and above all a Man of his Word.

He is a leader of Itanhaem´s present and future... he knows what is needed and will work to make this  town a far better place for all to live.

Hello again.

This is my second article on a stat agentts here in Brasil, this time I give the location of this group and number of shops, that they have and where they are, they cover Mongagua and Itanhaem in total eight out lets.

They treat there staff like dirt and, run the out lets  like Hitler ran Germany while they do not shoot staff for not tacking what they are told in cash a month in house sales, and not yet started flogging them dose not mean that this will not happen. As people here are killed  over jobs our attacked.every day.

They threaten them that if they do not take the right amount of more they will be sacked, lets face it they have all ready stopped paying there sale team, it is only the Managers that are paid now.

I know of one person who only started a week ago as a Manager and he has had to sack one member of staff, get him self up to date with whats for sale, and getting up to speed he has made the office more inviting for clients that go there.

The new member of staff that replaced the sacked one and he had only been for week and even he left you can expect all agents to tack the same mony a week if any some times, you have eight all showing the same house for sale, so if you are coming from SP you will stop at the first agent you see.

(To the owner I say get real things change are Know been there got the hat)

It was brought to my attention that the work laws here in Brazil are very strong indeed, the employees that I have described before are self in employed.

And do have rights par say, but if they go to work for one company full time 6 days a week every month then that to me is not what I call self employed to me, self employed is working from home our your own place as a contractor that dose work for a set wage.

Not someone who is taken on with a contract on low pay which dose not conform to the minimum wage laws,
They have to work for commission this would be like waiter working in a bar our restaurants for tips only and workers at shops for commission only.
